The setup of flight examine System will improve the management level of the coach and students through further regulate the duties and tasks and test the level of pilot cadet’s flight cultural knowledge and practical ability that will improving navigation security.This paper is point at how to design and implement a effective and functional flight exam information management system that fit the flight college informationization requirements. Illustrate the requirement analysis, design and implementation processes of the system. At the technical route, System construct based on B/S(Browser/Server)architecture, Using SSH(Struts Spring Hibernate)as system’s framework, which means using Struts to construct a complete MVC(Model View Control) model that System’s logically been divided three levels: application layer, logic layer and data layer.The application layer is mainly used for dynamic display data and user interaction; Logic layer is mainly responsible for the management and control of the business logic and process; The data layer to use SQL server(Structured Query Language)as the database. System mainly includes the flight faculty management, student management, practice exam management and other business modules, different users can perform their respective access, operation of different business functions. The flight exam information management system developed by Java language, the developing platform is My Eclipse which easy to use and has high reliability.Currently, the system has already implement and setup in the flight college’s intranet for inner user test, which received good reviews and a lot of valuable feedback during the testing period and gradually replaced the traditional method of cadets examination management, improving the relevant staff efficiency. Through the fully test as well as further understanding of the relevant processes, the system will be further refined and improved, eventually forming a line with college cadet exam management processes and associated personnel habits flight exam management system.
