Weight is a norm for mass transmission, accurately transferring its values has an important role in quality measurement. In the international basic quantity, Weight used the benchmark as the highest standard. In order to avoid to damage to national kg benchmark, providing with a kilogram secondary standard as value transfer benchmark, and in order to ensure traceability all parameters including quality, magnetic susceptibility, magnetization, density and volume of the kilogram secondary standard are needed to be accurately measured. At present, the domestic secondary standard weight’s parameters are still manually measured, data are artificially recorded and processed, more measurement error are included, and foreign developed countries such as Germany has achieved the automatic collection, transmission and processing of the parameters.In order to improve the present insufficient detection method in dimmest, ensure accurate transfer kilogramsecondary standard values, this paper presents the method of measuringg the kg secondary parameter automatically and established database management system.the method of measurement system presented in this paper can improve and enhance the measurement system of national kilograms of secondary standard,To improve work efficiency and measuring accuracy, to ensure the accuracy and stability of transferring value,this topic has an important significance.This topic is based on the existing national kg secondary measurement system and then the scheme is determined. The existing measurement systems of national kg secondary standard provides the hardware environment,serial port adapter, a quality comparator, density and volume measuring device, temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressuremeasuring device, magnetic measurement device and so on.On the basis of the existing hardware, software programming tool Visual C++6.0 are adopted, using PC control to realize the parameter’s automatic measurement and analysis software’s design. Through serial communication, using the XBPI protocol of the instrument to finish the software design of automatic data collection,analysis and data processing for quality, magnetic susceptibility, magnetization, temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure. Through analysis and comparison, SQLSever 2000 database are used to build the management platform of database, designing the database management platformThe system’s overall scheme are designed in this paper,Analyzes the detection principle, algorithm and software implementation of mass, magnetic susceptibility, magnetization,air density, weight density and volume of, design the database management system.Modular programming ideas are used for measuring parameters.The testing program interface of quality, magnetic susceptibility, magnetization, temperature and humidity, high pressure, air density, density and volume has been written,and the program flow chart are given in the text..a large number of data are for each module.Finally, the software testing are carried on to ensure that the function and performance of the design software to meet the expected goal. The experimental results verify the feasibility and correctness of the method proposed in this paper. The method proposed in this paper has shortcomings, some of the work is not yet completed and needed to be improved and perfected in the future work.
