Research On Two-sided Matching Decision Making Method Based On Individual And Combined Preference Ordinal Information

In real life, there are a lot of two-sided matching decision making problems, such as the marriage matching problems between unmarried men and women, the problems of college admissions, and the problems of college dorm assignments. With the globalization trend of economic development and the rapid development of information technology, more economic activities are related to the situations that one body or more bodies of one side match with one body or more bodies of the other side, such as the matching problems between credit funds supply and demand in the credit market, the matching problems between buyers and sellers of commodities trading in the e-commerce, the matching problems between venture investors and funded enterprises in the investment activities.In the two-sided matching decision making process, the preference ordinal information is often given by matching bodies. From the results of previous research, most of them give the individual preference ordinal information. However, in some practical two-sided matching decision making problems, the matching bodies also need to consider the cooperation situation between other matching bodies. In order to make the matching bodies more accurately and clearly express their preference, matching bodies give the individual preference ordinal information and the combined preference ordinal information. Therefore, it has great theoretic and practical value to abstract the two-sided matching decision making problem based on individual preference ordinal and combined preference ordinal information and to give the corresponding decision analysis method.This paper make a research on the two-sided matching decision making problem based on individual preference ordinal and combined preference ordinal information. Two main aspects of the research work are carried out as follows.(1) To exact the two-sided matching decision making problem based on individual preference ordinal and combined preference ordinal information. The description and research framework for the two-sided matching decision making problem based on individual preference ordinal and combined preference ordinal information is given.(2) To propose the two-side matching decision making method based on individual preference ordinal and combined preference ordinal information. This method transforms the individual preference ordinal information and combined preference ordinal information into the satisfaction. Then establish the corresponding multi-objective optimization model with using optimization modeling techniques. At last, design the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm for solving the model.The research framework for the two-side matching decision making problem based on individual preference ordinal and combined preference ordinal information provides general research ideas for related research issues. The proposed method can effectively solve the two-side matching decision making problem based on individual preference ordinal and combined preference ordinal information, and can be extended to the two-sided matching decision making problem based on uncertain combined preference ordinal information, and the two-sided matching decision making problem based on combined preference ordinal information, etc. These research results in this paper provide the practical guidance and reference for the research on two-sided matching decision making problem based on individual preference ordinal and combined preference ordinal information.
