Decision-making plays an important role in modern politics, economy, culture, life and so on. Now, scholars and experts at home and abroad have done many researches on similarity measures and decision-making analysis based on Vague sets. According to the consideration of the true membership, false membership and hesitancy degree, this paper introduces some concepts such as Vague sets, interval-valued Vague sets (value) and basic theoretic knowledge, which analyzes three decision-making methods based on Vague sets (value):weights are known, partly known and completely unknown.Main aspects of this paper:1. The article introduces multi-measures similarity degree of Interval-valued Vague sets (value) which combines the distance measure, unknown measure, entropy measure and area measure. Then some corresponding definitions and properties are generalized that have been analyzed and verified by a practical example.2. The paper based on interval-valued Vague sets (value) presents a new score function which is compared and analyzed with other score functions.3. The article has analyzed and evaluated decision-making methods under the situations about experts weights are known, partly known and completely unknown, and got some reasonable judging results.
