| With the Chinese government promote the E-government plan of the enterprises and institutions; the issue in our company also be put on the agenda. Obviously, the party system can reduce the personnel to repeat simple administrative affairs. The party affairs information system can make the original administrative work more efficiently.Based on the analysis of party affairs information system of the state owned enterprises, and the whole business process, the author do investigation on the requirements, J2 EE framework and database technology, such as SSH, JSON, SSL and MYSQL, this research try to build this management system with all of the following mentioned before. In this article, original system requirements were reorganized, then using UML technology to describe all the function modules in detail, based on the requirements and functional specification, the author realize the system. The author then did UT and SIT to make sure the system is fully functional and useable, such as performance testing, security testing and compatibility testing and other testing methods were used in whole test stage. So as to ensure the quality and the stability of the system and code.Based on the four kinds functions design such as party membership application management, news management, audit the books the primary feedback sub function, then realize the design, finally test the system function. In general, by use the J2 EE platform and UML,The system can met the state-owned enterprise’s need and has its own characteristics. The realization from the point of theory and practice, adhere to the principle of the low cost and efficient, meet the state-owned enterprise party information processing and management goal.The information system designed for the state owned enterprises, fully meet the requirements of state-owned enterprises, which can greatly improve the party personnel the work efficiency, and it also can provide great reference value of party system construction. |
