This paper carries out an in-depth research and analysis of the productioncharacteristics of a large aviation manufacturing enterprises in China. Based on thethorough analysis of the current production process of this enterprises and the MESgeneric function model, it summarizes the problems existing in the current productionprocess and proposed a MES function for their own characteristics. The overall designand the division of the function modules are described in this paper. It analyzes thesystem data flow diagram and completes the design of database of the system on thebasis of the overall system architecture. Choose J2ee as development platform, SSH2asframework and MVC as pattern. A detailed breakdown of the function of each module ofthe MES system is also in this paper. It has been proved feasible in the MES.This paper carries out an in-depth research and analysis of the productioncharacteristics of this aviation manufacturing enterprise. It summarizes the problemsexisting in the current production process and proposed a MES function meet therequirements of the enterprise.Based on the SSH2framework, this paper uses Eclipse development tools for analyzing anddeveloping the aviation enterprise MES system. Through the coordination of the various functionalmodules, specific business needs have achieved. Due to the constraints of time and theoreticalknowledge, this paper is focused on the establishment of MES functional model and the realizationof specific business needs using SSH2framework. Customer’s demand for the software clears up asthe continuing develops of the software. Therefore, it is often encountered that when the software isdeveloped to a certain extent, due to a change in customer demand for software, the softwareimplementation had to change. The SSH2framework that this paper introduced, with its excellenthierarchy, meets this requirement well, and has more advantages when using in complex MESsystem.
