Design And Implementation Of Tianjin Radio & TV University Distance Education Management System

With the development of education system, Tianjin Radio and TV University has set up a diversified school-running system, and the school size has also been continuously increased. Due to the diversified school management system, the existing traditional teaching method could not keep up with the needs of students’ requirements.Many students could not learn properly because of the time, place and space constraints. While at the same time, the above problems have made the teaching management harder. Therefore, design and implementation of a set of management system that is suitable for Tianjin Radio and TV University is imperative.Based on the current teaching problems and difficulties, Browser/Server architecture as a development model has been adopted in this thesis, and to design a NET framework on account of ASP.NET technology and c # language. The system here has implemented a set of scientific and advanced integrated management in distance education system for Tianjin Radio and TV University. The system included the student management subsystem, management subsystem, teachers teaching management subsystem, online communication subsystem, the administrator management subsystem and help functions. The system has solved the limitations of the traditional teaching method, enriched the online teaching resources, improved the abilities between the teachers and students to apply the multimedia and finally developed a significant and valuable way in terms of the teaching patterns for Tianjin Radio and TV University.In general, the use of information technology for distance education system has provided a feasible solution for Tianjin radio and TV University and made it possible for students’ efficient independent learning. At the same time, the distance learning has greatly enriched the teaching resources and improved the abilities between the teachers and students to apply the multimedia.
