In recent years, the technology in electronics and information technology develop continuous, and the smart card which is we usually refer to the IC card more and more present in our daily lives. In this same time, a kind of radio frequency identification cards(referred to as RF card) is replacing of the IC card, and is becoming the new darling of the smart card industry. This technology is actually an automatic identification technology; its working principle is to use radio frequency technology and make the powerful two-way data communication can work without touching. The main advantages include: easy to wear, hardly affected by the environment, to quickly identify resistance, long life. RFID cards have the both technologies of IC card and RFID, and thus, have more advantages with than the above two cards.This thesis describes an RFID-based employee time and attendance management information systems. Use the identification technology currently, in Microsoft. NET Framework SDK v2.0 environment using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the database, use C# Visual Programming. Implement information management, attendance management, user management, RF card management, database management, and systems management. This makes this business to become more intelligent and efficient.This paper introduces the topics relevant background, analyzes the research status and development trend of domestic and RFID technology, and demonstrates the necessity and importance of the subject. Then introduced the system involves a number of key technologies and platforms, including the RFID-related technology, the main development language needed to run the system environment, the system and the corresponding development platform, the database system used by the system. Then on RFID-based employee time and attendance management information system for a detailed needs analysis and feasibility analysis to determine the specific functions of the system needs to be achieved. Next, a detailed design of the system, the system is divided into different modules, each module has been designed, and database design to make a detailed presentation. And from the perspective of the whole system to achieve a detailed description of the overall implementation of the principles and corresponding technologies, and on the main logic processing module, a public class implementation systems throughout the development process and the difficulties encountered by them and adopted countermeasures. In the last, a complete range of test cases were designed from different angles to verify the correctness of the system.This paper implemented in this project based on RFID technology staff attendance and attendance management information system to solve the difficulties of enterprises and institutions for a variety of special events and cause, making attendance data more accurate and credible, so that each unit can better conserve resources, improve management, improve efficiency, with high practicality.
