Mechanical vapor recompression(Mechanical vapor recompression technique, referred to as MVR) enrichment technology is a new kind of enrichment technology. Volume of MVR equipment is huge hard to be manually operated, the information is difficult to be collected, tedious work may make staff ignore some safety operation and lead to the occurrence of safety accidents, with manual collection of data and operation errors and even mistakes will be produced, it is inevitable that the traditional old-fashioned machines are replaced by the Automated equipment. So Aiming at the problem that the automatic operation of MVR equipment is backward in this paper, a set of human-computer information exchange system is designed by Siemens PLC controller and configuration software for the MVR device.This paper first introduces the development background and present status of the evaporating system,Due to traditional evaporation and concentration technology of large energy consumption,high cost, which leads to MVR technology.Secondly,introduces the working principles and advantages of MVR concentration system,and according to the defects of MVR technology in automatic production,put forward with PLC controller and the configuration software to design a set of more complete automated measurement and control system.Now PLC controller is a major control mode in industrial automation control system,the large-scale production equipment can be convenient, accurate controlled by software programming and hardware configuration. In this paper, first of all, according to the changes of temperature and pressure, mathematical models for the control system of each part were set up, and the whole control system were simulated by MATLAB software, according to the simulation results that the real-time adjustment of control system can be satisfied by joining the PID controller,and PID control parameters were also calculated out. Secondly the MVR measurement and control system was programmed by STEP7-Micro/WIN4.0 programming software, that needs to complete the main program design of test and control system,PID control subroutine design and control design of PID interrupt program,the program was debugged after competing programming. Finally according to the control demand of MVR measurement and control system, a set of PC control interface was designed by Using the MCGS configuration software, the four interface configurations that includes the MVR concentrate control window, real-time temperature curve window, window cover, MVR system data real-time display window were completed, and the man-machine interface was online debugged after completing the configuration.Closed loop speed control of motor speed can meet the requirement to ensure the roots blower, and improve the monitoring level and reduce the energy consumption of the fan, save a lot of energy, the roots blower running state can be real-time online monitored by using the configuration monitoring technology, it can be made achieve to the high efficiency, energy saving, and safe operation effect. If the wireless network communication technology is joined into the MVR online monitoring system, long-distance data transmission can be achieved, and greatly improve the safety production level of automation system.
