VAV system is a new kind of air condition system which makes use of changing the amount of air to adapt to variable load inside the district. It can not only provides us with comfort, but also has the character of obvious energy-saving, so it has found its wide application.Detecting the environment temperature accurately at the type of multi-channel is the key technology to ensure that the optimization design of VAV air conditioning system channel structure is accomplished successfully. According to the character of the multi-channel temperature measurement in the VAV air conditioning system, the digitized temperature detecting technology, frequency converter and the software of KINGVIEW are used in this paper, thus predigesting the anterior circuit, increasing the ability of this system to measure and control effectively and offering a research platform for the design of multi-channel.The system adopts distributed measure and control methods: MCS-51 microcontroller and 56 pieces DS18B20 are used as hypogyny-system of which the former is to take charge of date acquisition and transmission and the later constitutes a rectangle measure network, where PC realizes current temperature measurement, date memorizing, and data processing by the use of KINGVIEW software. Frequency converter MM420 is employed in the controller so that the fan can work to meet the requirement.Real-time measuring & controlling system of temperature field developed in this paper has received the function test, which indicated that with good operation, great function, further developing space and accuracy of 0.1℃ , this system could save considerable funds as well.
