The design comes from the SC700 series inverter control system research and development ofa Beijing company. The requirements of the project is to design a software and hardwarecombined system with vector control function based on TI ’s TMS320f2808 chip. The work ofthis thesis is mainly to complete the main program design of the vector control system.The paper briefly introduced and analysed the motor and vector control theory, got the speedsensorless vector control principle diagram, then improved the 6 sector partition method ofvoltage space vector method ( SVPWM ),replaced with more detailed 12 sector partitionwhich is is beneficial to reduce the jitter of the motor. The seven section and five section typeof modulation method was coexistenced for different types of motor could chose differentmodulation methods. The design details of the related resources and the specific configurationof 2808 chip was introduced next, including the system clock, interrupt priority configurationand ePWM module, ADC module and SCI module configuration. Finally, the paperestablished a complete engineer including initialization program, main program and interruptsubroutine using the C language in the CCS3.3 environment. Then connected the ICETEK5100 USB V2.0A compiler to compile and debug Online, after debugging correctly, testedwith a 0.55KW,380V three-phase asynchronous motor. The output was a smooth standardsaddle waveform with enough torque and little jitter, which has met the project requirementsand laid a good foundation for the subsequent development of a higher performance vectorcontrol inverter.
