With the rapidly increasing pace of technological development, humans have exposure to the Information Age. As the most important and basic access to information technologies — sensor technology, has also been got a great development.The information acquisition technology by sensors has developed gradually towards integration, miniaturization and network-oriented from the past simplification, and will bring about the information revolution.Sensor technology, embedded computing technology, distributed information processing technology and communication technology are integrated into wireless sensor network. With the capabilities of perception, computing and communication,the WSN nodes collaborate with each other in real-time sensing, monitoring, collecting,dealing with andtransmitting information.Nodes location is a key technology for wireless sensor networks.Currently existing node localization algorithmsin wireless sensor network are low accuracy due to the influences of environment, and not applicable to mobile node localization. With the development of wireless sensor network technology, its application will be more extensive,and the research of node location technology for sensor network technology, especiallyon the performance and assurance has important significance and application prospect. At present, relatively mature WSN network localization algorithms can be divided into: range-free localization algorithm and range-basedlocalization algorithm.Widely used range-based localization algorithms include: Angle of Arrival Based Algorithm(AoA), Time of Arrival Based Algorithm(TOA), Time Difference of Arrival Based Algorithm(TDOA),Received Signal Strength Indicator Algorithm(RSSI). In comparison, the range-free localization algorithm is more suitable for WSN applications. There are three-dimensional localization algorithm, three-side localization algorithm, DV-HOP localization algorithm.The limitations of the WSN network makes range-based algorithm cannot be applied in some environments. Therefore, in order to better achieve WSN localization, this paper firstly introduces the DV-HOP algorithm, thenpropose an improved algorithm —DHM localization algorithm,based on the traditional DV-HOP algorithm and combined with the Mass Spring Model, DHM improve the global convergenceability of the localization algorithm.Combined with Centroid Algorithm, we propose a Virtual Beacon Node Location Algorithm(VBNLA), for the issues of location accuracy combined with theReceived Signal Strength Indication(RSSI), and range-free ranging location mechanism, use the maximum and minimum nearnessto calculate the coordinates ofunknown node.Experimental results show that, the VBNLA algorithm has better performance and suitable for wireless sensor networks...
