With the rapid development of Internet and communications, the information degree of social is more and more high. But also brought some concern. As an important information resources stored in the Internet, and the information transmission rely on Internet. So, the security problems become the prime problem of the information transmission. Therefore, the information hiding as an emerging technology to solve the problem of information security, has become a hot research topic in the information security field. As an important branch of information hiding technology, without changing the carrier basic characteristics and don’t cause others perceive, Steganography redundancy using digital carrier, the secret information hiding in image, audio, video and other multimedia data. Stronger security and higher embedding capacity is the main performance index of steganography algorithm. With the development of information hiding, steganalysis technology has gained further development. Steganalysis is used to detect whether the media containing secret information. The current steganalysis mainly written analysis technology and universal steganalysis techniques for hidden.Introduced the basic principle of the steganography and steganalysis algorithm, at the same time, based on analyzing the existing steganography algorithm, presents the steganographic algorithm of strong security and high embedding capacity. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) Proposed a method of steganography algorithm based on integer wavelet domain in image texture features. In the existing steganographic algorithm based on image texture, for texture image partition problems, in this paper we do some improvement on the basis. The carrier image after integral wavelet decomposition can get different frequency sub of the graph, in the high frequency range, for the target pixel where in the smooth region, transition region and the texture region to determine the embedding secret information bits. Using the LSB matching algorithm to embedded in the low frequency region. At the same time, setting different embedding scheme, make the stego image visual quality and the embedding capacity can be adaptive. The experimental results show that, in order to ensure the high quality image at the same time have more embedding capacity this paper.(2)Proposed a steganographic algorithm of luminance characteristics based on integer wavelet domain. Based on the content feature of image steganography algorithm, texture is just a part of image content features, and description rarely for the brightness of the image feature. Therefore, using integer wavelet decomposition for the image firstly, according to the visual characteristics of human eyes, the brighter and darker area is not sensitive, namely in the brighter and darker regions can embed more information. And then determine the located of light and dark areas of the target pixel, and to embed the secret information by using the mode function. The experimental results show that, the algorithm has the advantages of simple operation, and also has stronger security and higher embedding capacity.
