| A remote centralized metering system is designed and accomplished for the Iron Pipe Factory, it has a few advantages, such as the accurate metering data, the high metering efficiency, and the centralized personnel management, etc.This paper mainly accomplished the research of the following aspects:(1) Summarizes the background of the foreign and the domestic present situation of the remote metering system, analyses the actual management and existing problems.(2) We mainly study the remote metering technology, centralized management, network communication and port application.(3) The overall hardware architecture of the system is designed according to each module and its functions, the technologies described are applied into practice in the related section.(4) Keeps recording the data of remote concentrated metering system and traditional system. It is proved that the optimization method of this system saves a lot of metering time and improves the operating efficiency.The advanced remote metering system has been successfully applied in operation. It can not only realize remote and centralized metering management, perfect control function, real-time multiple video supervision, but also improve working environment, promote the metering efficiency, and reduce the resource cost. |
