The Internet of things is a network, which integrates computers, communication, intelligent computing, sensors and other aspects of the technology. The Internet of things aims at making all physical objects connected to the network. But physical objects must be equipped with identifier, such as RFID, bar code, QR code, in order to make the communication and contact between the physical world and cyber world. In order to solve this problem, this paper design and implement an augmented reality browser for cyber physical web. First, we proposed the framework of cyber physical Web. In the framework, a collection of related physical objects are organized in cyber physical Web page. As the traditional Web, HTML is used to define digital objects in the cyber world, in cyber physical Web, we need an appropriate language correspondingly. Therefore, a lightweight XML-based markup language is designed, to describe the physical objects, which lay the foundation for cyber physical Web page.In the process of realization the augmented reality browser, this paper also solves two key issues:(1) Identification of physical objects:we use visual information and geographic information to improve the accuracy and efficiency of recognition. (2) User location:we utilize the fact that present handheld devices owns multi sensor, implement a hybrid localization method provide seamless positioning during the navigation of cyber physical Web.Augmented Reality, as a cutting edge technology, makes users access the additional information of physical object in a more intuitive, direct and efficient way. Therefore the Augmented Reality browser for cyber physical Web designed in this paper has good application value.
