Data driven control system based on IoT(Internet of things)is widely applied in intelligent manufacturing,smart healthcare,precision agriculture,smart city and intelligent transportation,and it is of great significance to the transfer and development of the future industrial gravity centre.However,in the process of specific application research,the design method and theoretical support of the data driven control platform and system based on the IoT are lacking.Therefore,this paper studies the data driven control platform of the IoT.The main work is as follows.(1)The concept and characteristics of the data driven control system based on the IoT are discussed.According to the concept and characterisitics of data driven control system based on IoT and its controlled object,combined with the related technology theory of IoT,the basic architecture of the system are studied and proposed.The system is modeled by mathematical theory,the stability conditions of the system are studied and the proposed system platform architecture is proved.(2)According to the proposed architecture and theory of data driven control system based on IoT,the necessity and requirement of physical entity virtualization in the process of building data driven control platform is analyzed.The physical entity virtual data model is established according to the results of analysis and research,and the construction method of the entity interface description for general entities under this model is put forward.Finally,the classification of data driven control mode based on IoT is studied through the proposed theory and model.(3)According to the proposed architecture,theory and model,the construction process of data driven control platform based on IoT is given.It includes the hardware and software facilities used in the physical layer,the network layer and the application layer.The design method of the system platform is clarifying through the process.(4)The validity of the platform is verified by the experiment,and the rationality of the proposed theory and model is revealed.This research shows that the platform built by the model and architecture of proposed data driven control system has unified interface standard,and it can lighten the burden of the research staff.A complete set of platform building methods from theory to model to practical platform is of theoretical and practical significance,enriching the system of independent decision control technology based on data knowledge,and has the engineering application prospect.
