With the rise of Internet of Things technology and applications in the industrial sector,establishing a data provides for a different monitoring system was no longer a problem.In order to solve the problem of interconnection and interaction between people and things(H2T)in the Internet of Things,to further improve the portability and interactive experience of the management personnel in the process of industrial production for the acquisition of equipment main body information and data,the article focuses on the current popular augmented reality technology,using the convenience of the mobile terminal to combine the industrial Internet of Things with augmented reality technology,Using Android Studio and Unity 3D software development tools,combined with Easy AR SDK,through the design of the mobile data monitoring system and the design of the industrial Internet of things AR object recognition system,constructed an augmented reality-based industrial Internet of Things mobile interactive system,which not only realizes data monitoring,but also realizes the information recognition and virtual interactive operation of the main body of the Internet of Things equipment.In general,the thesis mainly completed the following parts of work:Firstly,it introduces augmented reality technology and industrial networking technology development status and AR related technology,a system design requirements and overall framework,and completes the overall system functional modules from the mobile data monitoring system and the AR object recognition system design.Secondly,in the data monitoring system on the mobile terminal,a friendly monitoring interface is designed using Android Studio,and functions such as device status,real-time data,historical data display and device control are realized by accessing the database.Then,for the AR object recognition system,Unity 3D is used as the development platform,and the Easy AR SDK is used to realize the local recognition and cloud recognition functions of the main body of the device,the recognition rate and accuracy of the system are further optimized,and the performance of the system is improved through the comparison of recognition efficiency and accuracy.Finally,through the integration of Unity3 D and the mobile platform,the above two systems are merged into a mobile interactive system based on the Industrial Internet of Things.Through the analysis of the test results,the system on the one hand realizes the monitoring and display of data;on the other hand,it provides a natural information acquisition method and interactive experience for the Internet of Things managers,which meets the real-time information and data of the Industrial Internet of Things and the requirements for performance,accuracy and stability.
