Since China Telecommunications provided Internet Access to public at 1995, Internet has grown quickly about 15 years. Now Internet connects people's work, study and life more and more closely and magnanimity data are transmitting on Information Highway, which is significant convenient for people's life. However the problem of Network Information Security has be the focus of public. Protecting the data transmit on Internet from stealing, changing or fabricating is the challenge of Network Information Security and is the key problem for Internet.With the development of technology and economic, more and more companies and organizations own-their sub-companies. And the communication of them becomes important, which is the model of many Local Area Networks (LAN) connect with Internet, but the transmitting data in this model are magnanimity and secret. However the researches on this topic are few.This paper is focus on the Data Transmitting Encryption in Network, the security and efficiency. For solving this problem, this paper designs and implements a plan that bases onSSX31-B encryption card and openSSLThis paper firstly introduces the knowledge of Cryptography, SSl, PKI, SSX31-B card and OpenSSL etc. Secondly the plan of LAN data encryption transmission is described and the major descriptions are the Cut-package policy, encryption policy, the key initial strategy of encryption card. Finally the design is tested and analyzed, and the results show that the plan has high security and stability. It can be widely applied in the data encryption transmission system between LANs.
