The purpose of the research: by conventional automotive customer relationship management system to collect car company’s sales and customer data, and then use the data warehouse to store data efficiently, using data mining effectively analyze data, mainly on customer purchase price of the car, demand type, color, and performance, resulting in customer demand for information, and effectively used in decision-making into the automotive business.In order to achieve the purpose of the subject, especially the development of its research methods include: understanding the characteristics of the automotive industry, the use of Java Web rapid development platform J-HI and struts2, spring framework to develop the system, information management system auto companies and customers to use; the data conversion, oracle data stored in the warehouse, and a reasonable set of data dimensions; decision tree algorithm and learning data mining clustering algorithms, combined with the automotive industry and constitute a characteristic feature of its data selection for the automotive industry, data mining algorithms model, where major decision tree algorithm and cluster analysis algorithm to study and compare; clementine software application testing of existing data sets for analysis will compare the results with each other and with the existing data to verify the facts, so that the model adjustment school, and this algorithm model for subsequent business decisions.Research to achieve the automotive customer relationship analysis decision system information acquisition, data processing transformation, model analysis and the establishment, and its application of the results of data analysis, data feedback and correction, and apply the results in automobile production and sales, business development provide decision support.
