Study On The We-media Influence In Right-protection And Strategy

With more and more people protect right with the we-media successfully, the number of people choose the we-media to protect right has also been gradually increased, the reason why the we-media was favored by activists, mainly for the amount of users and good audience base. Because the media rights can get extensive attention, a wave of citizens sparked heated debate, and even can make opinion pressure of public, promote an affair of solutions, it make people find the effect of we-media on the civil rights events.Find characteristics from we-media influence on the citizens’ rights, thus to put forward the development strategy is the problem that paper needs to solve and analysis. This article through to the analysis of 69 cases that using the we-media to protect rights found that the we-media mainly affect in five aspects of civil rights protection, on the citizens’ consciousness of rights, the way citizens choose to protect right, subject, object and right protection material. From which we found that although the media help citizens’ rights to shorten the time, cost, and safeguarding rights to win success rate, etc., but also brought certain negative influence to the society. By analyzing the media’s influence on civil rights, we can sum up from the we-media rights of characteristic, at the same time, it puts forward the we-media rights of development, and let citizens go to bright future with the we-media.In our country increasingly pay attention to the legal system construction and democratic society, civil rights regard as a microcosm of democratic society, and since the we-media make society under public supervision, information will be more transparent, it will promote the process of a democratic society.
