With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, online officesystem and management information system came into being, it also makes the development ofthe design and implementation of enterprise laboratory reporting and review system ofimperative. By applying this system, it can make management personnel from the previousheavy manual operation freed, improve the management level in the relevant departments,reduce the application cost, simplify the daily work, finish the task with high efficiency.The main work of this thesis includes:(1) According to the waterfall model of software engineering, this thesis introduces thedevelopment process of application and review system for enterprise laboratory.The thesis firstly analyses the development background and significance of system. Secondly,the paper shows the analysis of functional requirements of each role in the system through theuse case diagram of UML, and this thesis describes the performance of the system with security,reliability and scalability. Thirdly, the architecture of the system is abstracted as three layerstructure of the interface layer, function layer and data layer, and this paper shows the networkstructure of the system, this system is designed of five functional modules, respectively,reporting, evaluation, management, registration and login module. According to the functionmodule decomposition map of system, this paper makes further design. The database design ofthe system uses the relational database, and the database concept model described by E-Rdiagram, the system consists of11entities and9contact. Fourthly, the detailed design stagemainly describes the function of application module, the evaluation module and managementmodule, and the thesis fully shows the concrete operation process of each part of the syste mthrough a structured process design; In the management module, the distribution of declarationuse the automatic distribution system, and the paper introduces the multi constraint declarationof automatic allocation algorithm. Finally, the paper describes the implementation and testing ofsystem. The implementation of the system uses ASP.NET technology, C#language, based on B/S network structure mode, and this part shows some of the key code and interface screenshots.The system uses the black box testing method, and it makes a variety of different test cases, andit ultimately achieve the desired effect.(2) Design and implementation of multi constraint declaration automatic allocationalgorithm. This thesis designs the multi constraint declaration automatic allocation algorithm, thefollowing introduces its distribution principle, in the guarantee relating to many areas ofevaluation experts assigned declaration amount does not exceed the per capita allocation underthe premise of the total, according to the quantity of declaration and evaluation experts in theirrespective fields the declaration will be average distributed, and a declaration at least assigned totwo experts review. This not only makes the distribution of the declaration is more reasonable,but also greatly reduces human factors existing in the previous manual allocation in. But becausethe experts have more than one fields. Generally, experts have been assigned to declare morethan the average total number of books is no longer involved in the distribution, so that in thevarious fields the number of experts can be assigned have variability.The using of this system making the use of paperless operation is possible, this approach isvery save environment; In the office network, the data will easy to maintenance, the operation isconvenient and quick; The system uses the integrated mechanism of reporting, review andmanagement, it makes work coordinated, scientific and efficient.
