With the application of cryogenic insulation cylinder being more widely, Gas cylinder inspection agency has formed a market trend. And now most of the gas cylinder inspection station has under-developed test equipment and low inspection efficiency. Existing cylinder inspection agencies cannot adapt to the market demand and meet the expectations of the safety and reliability of the society. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an inspection station base on automatic and intelligent testing process that can provide efficiency and accuracy test.The thesis is based on the platform of Changzhou cryogenic insulation cylinder project. According to the inspection procedure, production technology and inspection technology of cryogenic insulation cylinder, completed the demand analysis and overall design of the system. The overall system scheme based on B/S and C/S hybrid structure is presented.According to the overall scheme, the system has seven subsystem, such as residual gas treatment subsystem, vacuum air-removed subsystem, air tightness test subsystem, static evaporation rate subsystem, The subsystem design includes hardware design and software design. The hardware design of the subsystem is against the requirements of the inspection process and completed by selecting the sensor, display instrument, control board and collecting card. Data transmission between the board and the industrial control computer is realized by using the Modbus protocol. The software design of subsystem has completed and realized the function such as data acquisition, display, command sending.The Human-Computer Interaction interface of submission and registration sub-system, basic information collection subsystem has designed. It can improve the error correction capability and easy operation. The system using the database to store cylinder information and providing the inspection report. That completed integrated management of electronic transmission information and automatic inspection process of cylinder.The project of cryogenic insulated cylinders automatic testing system is feasible and Reasonable. It has achieved the purpose of testing information sharing, improved the accuracy and efficiency of inspection and has practical application value and development significance.
