With the wide application of cryogenic insulated cylinders,more and more attention has been paid to the inspection and supervision of gas cylinders.It is of great significance to establish the information management system for the intelligent inspection of cryogenic insulation cylinders,which is more scientific and reasonable,more effective and more effective.Cryogenic insulated cylinders of intelligent test system based on the quality supervision of special equipment inspection center of Jiangsu Province as the research background,analyzes the background and significance and the development trend of gas detection and information management,the demand analysis and feasibility study,design and implementation of cryogenic cylinder intelligent inspection information management system.This paper presents the application of RFID technology,cryogenic cylinder electronic label specification,and the correctness of the MD5 encryption algorithm to tag content check;analysis of the relationship between the various test data,and on the basis of SQL is established based on the Server2008 database;using C/S data access structure,VS2010 implementation of the registration and basic part the information acquisition part,internal and external detection part,control room,data integration and large screen notification part of the design and implementation of the program into the inspection process based on.In order to realize the data communication between the card and read the system software,this paper designs the communication way to establish a wireless hotspot and WIFI serial,the handheld reader read card programming,using B/S access structure,using Eclipse development platform,using Java language and JSP technology to make full use of the Struts2 design pattern MVC framework complete the design and implementation of the information management system of man-machine interface.After the actual operation of the system,the information management system is designed and implemented in the collection and integration of information than the traditional artificial information collection is significantly improved,it is verified that the implementation and operation of the information management of gas cylinders.This provides a guide to the safe use and regulation of cryogenic insulated cylinders,and reduces the potential risks of the cylinders in the use,testing,and flow processes.
