The current development of China’s petrochemical industry rapidly, and has become the dominant position in the international petrochemical market of petrochemical industrial powers. Because of this, the safety management of petroleum and petrochemical industry has become a problem that can not be ignored in petroleum and petrochemical industry. In order to ensure the safe and stable production of petrochemical industry,establish a system of safety intelligence patrol system became a priority for the petrochemical industry. This paper mainly introduces the petrochemical industry safety-related design and implementation of intelligent inspection system, The system is set to patrol bars, button,communication of information, inspection software for the integrated intelligent management system.This paper analyzes the requirements of the safety management system, the user functional requirements of the system, and designs the function modules of the corresponding inspection management system. According to the system development process, we using visual studio2008 as the system development tool of the system overall design, the system’s whole page processing logic is the use of ASP.NET language to achieve, and use the SQL Server2005 database management system as a whole patrol management system data to support the implementation of the detailed design of the system settings, realized system setup,running step,inspection operation,data query and other four function modules. In this paper, according to the software engineering’s definition of software development process, the development of intelligent inspection system of the cycle is discussed in detail, in the stage of system requirement analysis,Analysis the feasibility of Patrol management system from social, technical and economic aspects, and based on the needs of users on the system to determine the functional requirements of the system as well as non functional requirements. Through the method of top-down design, the system detailed design, finally, through the operation of the system, completed the system function test and performance test, through the test,it shows that the development of the intelligent inspection system has achieved the system requirements analysis phase of the system functionality and performance requirements.Through the research and design of intelligent management system for inspection, we hope to bring in terms of safety inspection in petrochemical industry a new improvement.
