The Development Bansed On The Two-Dimensional Code Printing & Recognition System

The information management system in China is ceaselessly developing. The one-dimensional bar code is gradually replaced by two-dimensional bar code because it carries less information and safety performance is bad. In the past two years, two-dimensional code technology is developing rapidly and it can be seen almost everywhere. Because of its long preservation and resistance to corrosion, thermal transfer printing technology is widely applied, especially in industry and manufacture. Therefore the R&D of two-dimensional code bar code scanning and the thermal transfer printer technology plays an important and helpful role in improving the scientificity, standardability and modernity in the management of the digital city construction.This paper described the research of two-dimensional code recognition system based on the process of printing and scanning. Firstly, this paper listed research content and tasks from materials of two-dimensional code and the thermal transfer printer home and abroad. Secondly, this paper described how to improve printer driver stepper motor control strategy according to the design scheme of hardware and software after a detailed description of all the system function modules. Then, Flash and SD card storage devices of the data storage space and FATFS double transplant of file system strategy was studied after a introduction of design scheme of memory devices. Furthermore, in combination of the memory device, the paper designed a complete set of GUI visualization interface scheme. The uCos-II operating system is responsible for the task scheduling in the system. Then, the BP-neural-network-based two-dimensional code image pre-treatment and code generation method were to be described before the demonstration of a new software programming design ideas. At last, the problems occurred in the process was summarized. Practice has partially proved that this design of the printer can basically meet the demand of two-dimensional code printing and scanning recognition system.
