With the development of information technology, enterprise informatization level is higher and higher, especially Web application demand of MIS is more and more complex, but the overall architecture is very similar, and always contains some of the most commonly used functions, such as personnel management, rights management, etc., each time the development of new system need to develop these functions to waste a lot of time. Business needs more and more complex, the requirement of software system development and implementation of the cycle is becoming more and more high. For software developers to provide a stable and efficient development of architecture become very important.J2EE account for about half of the enterprise application development, all kinds of open source framework and technology emerge in endlessly, greatly promote the development of the J2EE.In this article, through analysis of enterprise web application development present situation and challenges, the deep research in the present excellent JAVA open source framework, folly and effectively comparison, selection and use, combined with the author in the actual development experience, design a provides the underlying abstract and general functions, support the Rest style based on the MVC pattern application architecture of J2EE platform, In addition, this thesis also shows how to set up a project development and management platform, to version control of project, automated build, test, and continuous integration, to carry on the scientific management of the project and further reduce the financial burden on developers.Finally I applied the architecture designed in this thesis in the development of the state of the power transmission and transformation equipment visual intelligent management platform, and used the development of management platform set up in the thesis to manage the entire development process. Significantly improve the speed of system development, optimize the structure of the project, greatly reduced the development time, improve the development efficiency, and ensure the quality of the development, reduced the risk of integration and deployment.
