Communication is one of the core construction work communications company, is seeking business interests, to ensure steady business, sustained, healthy development of important protection. Market demand increased, creating a competitive mechanism, communications engineering construction will occupy an increasingly important position in the enterprise. In particular, to improve the level of project management, communication development is increasingly becoming an urgent need to address the issue. With the development and wide application of IT has become an essential business management science tools, information management program through the construction of purpose in guiding and controlling construction management work to achieve the various stages of the project to the full management and to strengthen the effective control of project construction, construction management and comprehensively improve the level and efficiency.By reading the literature on the research status of project management information system for detailed analysis and research background and significance of the subject are discussed. In addition, through the technical literature study, to determine the target system selection J2 EE platform, three-tier architecture, SQL Server database and Java language development. At the beginning of the project development, the first in-depth Wenzhou, China Unicom user needs research, in-depth exchanges and discussions for communications companies working in project management problems demand summarize the system, and converts the demand for specific documents, for provide the basis for the later development. At the same time define the role of the target system, complete system use cases, functional requirements, and analysis of non-functional requirements. Upon completion of the system requirements analysis, system design principles based on the design of the system, the stage is designed primarily for system architecture, functional structure, static model, dynamic model and database, through system design, draw system’s basic framework and general functional architecture. Achieve the target system to the three-tier technology, so the system implementation work, first gives a detailed three-tier technology implementation process, and then the realization of the key modules of the system are introduced, including project application module, project approval module, project schedule management module, project management module, basic maintenance module, user management module, and gives each functional module specific timing diagram.Finally, is the system testing, system testing, including functional testing and performance testing, test cases and by giving detailed system operation interface, used to verify the stability of the correctness and performance of system functions. Currently, the system has been formally launched in Wenzhou, China Unicom running and running and stable, bringing great convenience to communicate the company’s project management.
