As one of the advanced intelligent monitoring products, the vehicle dome has been widely used in emergency command system; therefore a good monitoring effect is needed. However, in the working process, due to the temperature difference between day and night and the changing weather, the temperature of the window glass of the dome often drops, then the fog will form on the internal surface of the window glass, and this will lead to blurred image. Aiming at this problem, this paper carries out the research on formation and elimination method of condensation and the main content is as follows:1. On the basis of fogging theoretical analysis, the fogging mechanism of the vehicle dome will be analyzed, mainly including fog condition, type of fog and fog discriminator.2. Some available demisting measures are put forward, and the use of pulse width modulation techniques to control the temperature of the glass finally get selected as the defogging strategy, and then the overall scheme of the system is designed.3. Combined with the structure of the vehicle, the communication strategy of double microchip is put forward. The hardware circuit is designed. To satisfy the demand of every hardware circuit, the aspects of selection and the progress to realize the function are carried out in detail.4. The fuzzy control algorithm is select as the temperature control algorithm. On the basis of the principle of fuzzy control algorithm, the process of the system to achieve the fuzzy control function has been described in detail, and the simulation of theory is done in the environment of MATLAB.5. The detailed design of the software is designed to make the hardware modules perform their functions.6. The experimental work of the whole system is completed and the experimental results are obtained to verify the validity of the defogging strategy.Finally the summary and outlook of the subject are carried out.
