In early march, I started my internship as PR (Public Relations) in consumer business group(CBG) in Baidu. Over the past two months, I was approaching anything new about the public relations communication of Baidu Reading App and Baidu Wenku.After a time, I was mainly engaged in the communication campaign and public relations (PR) work for Baidu Reading App on the World Book Day.Worked with the product division, reviewed customers market analysis to determine customer needs, and Planned for Baidu Reading App communication campaign in certain spots with the demands of the product division.Different from the public relation knowledge I have learned previously:in the present era of media integration,the information communication means have undergone constant changes, the communications channels have increased and become diversified, the communication speed has also substantially accelerated. However, from the perspective of the audience, there are more and more channels for the audience to receive information, the fragmentation forms have become obvious and the attention has become scattered. Such a background has brought unprecedented challenges for product promotion. In face of such challenges, how to seize opportunities and formulate better public communications strategies has become particularly important, Through the public communications proposal for the special time point of World Book Day for the planning for Baidu reading App products, the paper has analyzed the feasible market promotion concept and promotion proposal for the present Internet products, combined the practices of the author and illustrated the practice and reflection on the public relation business of the company from the perspective of media integration development.
