With the development and the progress of the society, more and more Chinese market of mobile phone users, the use of text information communication is becoming more and more popular. Short message is speed, and low price, therefore is widely applied. Original mobile phone short message business is mainly used for messaging between ordinary people, with the enrichment of SMS business content, and more is applied by many large enterprises and institutions. At present, mobile phone short message service in the enterprise is mainly used in the enterprise internal information communication and the exchange, at the same time also can take advantage of the rich do group business extension, to promote enterprise products to increase visibility.Through the analysis of enterprise user requirements, in view of the batch group messaging, SMS platform system design and development of the enterprises, system design into client and server, web server three parts. The purpose of this study is:to implement a able to quickly carry out local business and potential to stimulate the enterprise users message SMS platform system.Thesis first expounds the background of the project, and then analyzes the key techniques involved in the process of system development, for some similar technology and a comparative analysis; and then analyzes the system logic structure, network scheme and functional requirements. According to the demand analysis, the paper expounds the system architecture design, function module division, and the detailed design and implementation, on the key problems in the process of system development is given the appropriate solution. The author most development work completed on the server side and operation side part of the development work. In order to improve the reusability of the SMS platform system, in SMS system development process, the system adopts B/S architecture and MVC framework. The presentation layer using the Struts framework development of the SMS platform system, business logic layer using the Spring framework of system development, system development with Hibernate persistence layer framework. Based on short message platform in the enterprise application, for example, the design and implementation of the SMS platform core function parts, mainly includes the application center module, address book management module, configuration module, system management module, etc. Through the analysis and design of the core functions of the system, and the working principle of the system of the main module are expounded. Finally, in order to verify the result of system design is in line with the requirements, I use black box testing technique of the system was tested.Currently the system is in the test run stage, the SMS platform system deployed in the test environment as well. System will also continuously collect question and feedback in the process of actual use, so that to improve the system in the iterative development, optimization, and better meet the needs of the enterprise.
