At the beginning of the 90 s of the 20 th century,the first message was send successfully through the GSM network at Vodafone UK.At first,the development of SMS(short message service)in China is not optimistic,even worse than BP business.Until the late 1990 s,with the popularity of mobile phones,computer network technology and the development of short message service itself,SMS has the advantages of cheap,convenient,fast and easy to store and can always be checked etc.,So SMS has been rapidly developed and applied to all of our life,after the " forth media",SMS is called the " fifth media ".The initial SMS is sent and received between personal message service in the main application,with the development of relative technology,all kinds of special SMS platform has launched.In order to promote the rapid development of agriculture,access to information is essential,combined with the advantages of SMS platform to develop a service for agriculture came into being.The purpose of the study is acess to the SMS gateway of the telecom operators,and Based on the Gateway Protocol of China Telecom,China Unicom and China Mobile in order to implement of SMS platform for agriculture to provide information services by three net.Firstly,explains the background and source of the project,and the related network protocol in the development.The paper focuses on the analysis of the demand from the project to the process of project design and implementation.The project is developed by B/S(Browse/Server)architecture design,using the classic MVC(Model View Controller)design pattern.The development uses the Eclipse integrated development environment and the Java language,Struts2,spring and other popular open source framework and j Query library,using the relational database Oracle 1 0g with good performance.The web server uses tomcat6.According to the demand analysis and design division the project for the message management,resource database management,Count management,examination management module,log management and system management module,total 6 modules,and discusses detail for the key core module.The message management module is the core module,through the this module,SMS platform can receive message from the Mobile Originate by phone users.at the same time,though the SMS platform can reply the question of phone user by the Mobile Terminate,through the bulk SMS function can be push and send the short messege to many mobile phone users of agriculture related to classified information in order to view and understanding to the relevant market.After the completion of the project development,Through the function and performance testing of the project ensure the desired functionality to been reached the goals and requirements which be expected.And in the operation and the actual use of the process to discover and collect the problems need to be improved,for the corresponding continuous improvement and optimization in the future of the SMS platform upgrade development,in order to provides agricultural users the information services for agriculture better.
