In today’s communication, power line carrier (PLC) occupies a special position, which laid the foundation for the four network integration. For the last1000meters the power amplitude of background noise fluctuation a little.Then all kinds of electrical loads opened and operate randomly will have a great impact on the entire PLC communication. This paper researches the capability of restraining noise of power line communicationThis paper studies G3and PRIME two standard, and points out the complexity of the G3architecture, the stronger throughput capacity of G3, more convenient services interface. The G3frame structure is more perfect, the raised cosine window and symbol phase control realize frame synchronization and channel estimation. The guard interval (GI) of G3frame length is shorter, it will be more suppress for symbol interference.G3and PRIME have different FEC, the PRIME FEC is more suitable for high speed communication which channel environment is relatively good, FEC of G3is more suitable for the strong noise environment. G3, and then give a brief study of the interleaver. analysis of windows technology for the reasons and advantages of adding it. But the G3process is complicated, the pre emphasis of frequency compensate frequency attenuation; cyclic prefix (CP) is to eliminate the intercarrier interference; and a brief analysis of the RC technology, the robust model window; it is pointed out that the MAC layer address solutions.Also it summarizes the PLC channel characteristics and noise type, and defines the more accurate and detailed classification of noise which is based on the traditional load classification of noise. Through the contrast of simulation, it researches different properties of load noise which present inductive, resistive capacitive. Then ponts out that the capacitive load causes serious distortion of the system UI curve. The perceptual load induces the electromagnetic response. But the resistive and inductive load make UI curve little effect. This paper uses MATLAB tosimulate the PSD of the two standards. The PSD curse of G3without using window module is more dispersed. We compare the Anti noise performance in WGN and BKN channel, BKN and pulse channel, then do the research of the critical point. At the same time, the simulation of code and convolutional code give us that robust mode has the strongest noise suppression ability. In the end, we combined with the theoretic to analyse different presentation. Then we use TI’s PLC Developer Suite to make some conclusion. Through analysis of different influence of distance, power level and modulation mode of communication quality, noise intensity, we do research for the noise suppression performance of the two system. This also provides some theoretical basis for the improved protocol for PLC communication in the last1000meters.
