National production of electricity is an important energy supply people’s lives.Videophone such as small personal daily living electricity to large national industrialproduction, scientific research, are inseparable from the power supply. Since the reform andopening up, with the quality of people’s lives improve, the country’s economic developmentand technological progress, the importance of energy supply increasingly improved.Compared to other energy sources, electricity has transformed a flexible, fast transmission,low pollution features. In recent years, with the urgency of global energy production andreduce energy demand and social deepening, our government also proposed to speed upconstruction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, policy, energyconservation has become a hot topic. Under this situation, the power sector will play a moreimportant role in the new era.Power Grid Corporation is responsible for the main electricity transmission market andmarketing, the main functions of the power transmission and power marketing. Power GridCorporation is electricity production sector and electricity consumption sector in the middleof the link, the power supply is a vital link in the chain.Electricity supply of funds is the main source of revenue for the enterprise, critical to theoperation of the power system, is the blood of the power system. For a long time, electricitymanagement to adopt a "meter-Accounting-charge" mode, that is, from meter readers meterreading, users of electricity to the accounting information centralized accounting center, gotpayable electricity users, and then by the toll home electricity charges. This managementmodel has a number of drawbacks, especially in recent years. First, the number of usersincrease power, making this MRs not competent to manually meter door to door model.Secondly, the process of artificial links and complicated operation, inevitable errors, resultingin the loss of a user or power company. Electricity arrears for a long time, has not found aneffective solution, which is the development of China’s power enterprises is a major obstacle.In this paper, electricity management system based on MVC architecture were studied.From the aspect of system design principles, technical characteristics, such as the concreterealization of the system are discussed, and several major work done in the following areas:1. Research the main flow of electricity management. Under the study of existingartificial tariff management mechanism "meter-Accounting-Fee" model business processes,the purpose is to extract the business data entities and their key processing for theestablishment of software requirements analysis provide a good guide.2. Characteristics and key technologies MVC framework.(1) the historical background of the MVC architecture, successful cases were reviewed summary.(2) the realization ofMVC programming framework is mainly based on Struct, Spring and Hibernate (SSH)programming framework and main technical depth study and discussion to developprogramming framework for system implementation.3. Establish analysis "MVC-based electricity management system," the systemrequirements. Needs analysis were mainly includes the following aspects: the operating mode,including the operator demand for software that runs the hardware and software environmentto facilitate the practical use for the purpose of extracting the actual electricity demand forhardware and software environment management. Role Analysis software, developed with theuser interact with the system in accordance with the role of electricity management systemprocesses. Use case analysis, based on the different roles of the various roles and interactionsof the software system to define, extract the different use cases. After the function definedboundaries of the user and the system, the system is functional partitioning, and workflow ofeach subsystem, the definition of concurrent timing, given the outline design of the system.4. Implement the "MVC-based electricity management system", based on the outlinedesign, detailed the various subsystems of the business processes and data structures aredefined, given the detailed design of the pseudo-code level. Using the JAVA programminglanguage, to achieve each subsystem capabilities and provides user-friendly interface.Thesystem is able to achieve tariff management personnel management, task allocation meter,meter data entry, automated accounting, payment records and other functions. Able to meetthe needs of practical applications. In addition, the system uses sophisticated lightweight Javadevelopment framework for development, has good portability, scalability and robustness, hassome practical and promotional value.
