Research On The Solution Of The Management Supporting System For Talkweb Company In Telecom Industry

The key customer of the software business of Talkweb is the Telecom industrycustomers, which is more smooth in the IT project construction of telecom industry inthe early stage. However, with more and more complex business of telecom industry,especially the presentation of MSS system, the project construction and implementationare increasingly difficult. In the process of traditional project implementation, Talkwebcan’t effectively meet the customer requirements under the current situation, so it isurgent to conduct innovation and improve the competitiveness.With the telecom industry management support system (MSS) projectimplementation of Talkweb as the specific research direction, by combining the manyyear’s practice of the author in telecom project implementation management andintroducing some advanced tools and methods learned at school, including businessinformatization strategy tool, capability maturity model and project managementknowledge system etc., the challenges and internal management problem of Talkweb inMSS project implementation are diagnosed and analyzed in this paper. It is proposed tocreate the overall unified planning model with business informatization strategy as theblueprint, and establish the operation team and model of large project by combining theoverall unified informatization planning and using the project maturity satisfaction,project management knowledge system and other tool to form a new integrated modelcovering the planning, design, construction and maintenance. Through this model, thedeep mining of business value is realized, and the industrial business model is innovatedbased on the new demand value, so as to strengthen the cooperation and tradingrelationship. This scheme also fully considers the informatization features and thedevelopment trend of telecom industry in the next few years and creates a new solutionthat is suitable for the telecom industry management support system through the thinkingand innovation of MSS construction model, thus effectively strengthening Talkweb’scompetitive advantages in the telecom industry informatization project implementationin the next few years, improving the service ability and product quality, and improvingthe customer satisfaction.The research results in this paper can provide certain reference to the IT companiesin the industrial project implementation.
