The Design And Implementation Of Warehouse Management System Based On Multi-Point For Yunnan Salt Industry Company

Most salt companies in Yunnan have their own warehouse management system,but the function of most of systems is too simple,which can only provide general management services,and there were many loopholes in the system during the design process,so that these system can not achieved their value in the actual production process.On the other hand,with the continuous business expansion of salt companies in Yunnan,the scale of production is expanding,the span management is growing,and business volume and business processing are getting more complex.The existing warehouse management system has been difficult to meet the needs of production and living.Therefore,the establishment of a sound and efficient Yunnan salt company warehousing management system based on multi-point and multi-warehouse is imminent.After discussion,in order to improve the stability of Yunnan salt company warehousing management system based on multi-point and multi-warehouse,Java language was used as the development language and B/S architecture design was applied to organize the development of the warehouse management system.At the same time,MVC design pattern was used to organize the background code to reduce the coupling of the code.And SSH framework,constituted Struts,Spring and Hibernate,was used as the development framework.SQL Server 2014 database was used for data storage to ensure data security and enhance the stability of visit between the database and the system.After field research and analysis,Yunnan salt company warehousing management system based on multi-point and multi-warehouse was divided into six modules,including basic warehouse information maintenance,in-warehouse and out-warehouse management,shifting warehouse management,benefit and consumption management,inventory and cost maintenance,and query and report management.Among them,basic warehouse information maintenance included warehouse maintenance,warehouse point maintenance,warehouse keeper maintenance.In-warehouse and out-warehouse management included procurement division,purchase in-warehouse,sales out-warehouse purchase return,and warehouse return.Shifting warehouse management included shifting out-warehouse,shifing in-warehouse and shifting management.Benefit and consumption management included benefit list maintenance and consumption list maintenance.Inventory and cost maintenance included warehouse inventory,warehouse closing and warehouse cost calculation.Query and report management included query of in-warehouse and out-warehouse,real-time inventory inquiry and warehouse report.The development of Yunnan Salt Company warehousing management system based on multi-point and multi-warehouse not only responded to the call of the state to promote the construction of industrial informatization,but also effectively improved the warehouse management capacity of Yunnan Salt Company to adapt to the continuous expansion of production scale and the increasing complexity of business volume and business processing,and to meet the needs of the actual production activities,laying a solid foundation for the future development of the companies.
