With the innovation of new media,that is the mobile internet and mobile mediaera, various college network public opinion crises frequently occurred. Colleges facegreat challenge of network public opinion crises.The purpose of this paper is topropose feasible strategies to deal with college network public opinion crises, raise thelevel of crises management of colleges. I think it should be explained in three parts,(1)Basic theory research. Firstly, from three aspects, that is the content,characteristics of a new era and features,prosess conceptual and factor analysis;secondly, by the time node, from the performance factors and public opinion, analysisthe occurrence and evolution of college network public opinion crises;finally, cardingthe new changes of communication studies, psychology, sociology theory in newmedia age.(2)Empirical study. By analysising the occurrence and evolution of fourclassic case,and its multi-faceted analysis,obtain meaning experiences and lessonsdrawn(.3)Strategies research. Froming humanistic education, media literacy networkupgrade, new media and traditional media integration, college network managementspecification and so on, enhancing immunity of college network public opinion crises;construct linkage mechanism of internet public opinion management, put forwardwork system, submitting system, linkage mechanism and specific operation process.Generally speaking, strengthening college network public opinion crises managementis an urgent requirement for building a harmonious campus, an important way tomaintain the image of colleges, the needs of protecting the physical and mental healthof students, strategies to deal with college network public opinion crises haveimportant theoretical and practical significance.
