With the increasing of students and the expansion of teaching, more complex situationshave appeared in the party school teaching work.Information technology which applied tothe process of the party school teaching and learning is a good way to eliminate the problemsexisting in the process of the traditional teaching, and can improve the overall efficiency ofthe teaching.Integrated the above content can be found that through information technologyto improve the operating level of the party school teaching and successful experience of thissystem in research and development can be applied to other related systems.Before the start of the study,we first to analyze the key of the J2EE architecture, chosethe Struts, Spring and iBatis combination model, designed and completed a party schooltraining system.The main content of the research include: firstly, describes the researchbackground and significance of the party school training system, at the same time introducedthe relations and principle between Struts, Spring, and iBati, and the application of Ajaxtechnology in the framework structure.Framework technology adopted in the developmentprocess has the characteristics of good performance, good scalability, high stability, and theintroduction of Ajax technology makes the system of the man-machine interface simple andclear as interactivity is strong.Secondly describes the system requirements analysis whichdivided into the content of the functional and non-functional requirements, and the systemarchitecture and implementation mechanism adopting in developing the system. Then thepaper introduces the modules in the system design and database design.Finally, describesthe implementation and the core parts of the system module implementation of mainfunctions detailed.The party school training management system involved in the study has practical use.After tests,we found that the system can improve the all requirements of the party schooltraining, meet the requirements of users for training work basically.
