As people attach more importance to education and the rapid development of internet, the construction of campus nets becomes a scale to measure the level of school informationization,at the same time, service applications based on campus nets expend fast, the flat based on campus nets becomes core service part in applications.Examination on the net has become one direction of the campus nets design, Especially now it is directed by modern education idea and makes full use of campus nets hardware .So it can utilize all kinds of web education functions and take advantage of web education resource so that provides teachers and students a novel examination circumstance. This mode is abundant in examination content as well as organizing examination neatly and catering for constructing conservation-oriented society.This paper describes the work of developing net examination system which attaining the needs of educational administration and education mode. College examination character is analyzed and designed in this paper.Net examination system is analyzed and designed detailedly from point view of operation and technology. Reliability and controllability is researched deeply.This system is based on J2EE background and MVC structure application developing, adopting Struts frame work design ,taking Mysql as database. This system can be used as present educational administration system secondary development application as well as independent examination application system. At the same time ,this system can aim at mass curriculums giving priority to computer course. The training of teachers can use this system too. This system provides a communication flat for teachers and students.
