Research And Implementation Of Online Learning And Drilling System For Emergent Treatment

Emergency treatment and management is a work of the government managementsubject which is paid more and more attention by our country and the world. Today ourcountry attaches great importance to the work of emergency management, carry outresearch and construction of emergency management system in all respects just likeresponse plans, organization forms, flow of information and political works etc.. How toutilize the emergency platforms to carry out emergency management activitieseffectively and normatively has become a new topic since the emergency platforms are incertain conditions. It is very necessary for all concerned people who utilizes the emergencyplatform in governments at all levels to make a systematic study of knowledge of the use ofemergency platform, and to practice scientifically. To introduce the concepts of onlinelearning of education and simulation training of military into emergency treatment is aneffective method.This paper tries to make some efforts in online learning and simulation training as apart of emergency treatment. We make the design and implementation of Online Learningand Drilling System for Emergent Treatment based on political works of police forcedealing with emergencies. Related techniques and principles of the system like WebService, GIS, workflow and training simulation are investigated and discussed in order tocarry out the design and implementation of the system scientifically. The related techniquesare the supporting technology for the development of the system.We try to achieve refinement, specification and actualization of the training processtowards the specific content of political works of police force in emergency treatment in theprocess of the design and implementation of the system. The system is based on therequirement of training of the police force, it can be used to learn about the political worksof police force dealing with emergencies on the Internet and to practice the work processes by building network environment.We begin the design by the development background of the system and validate therequirement of it. Then we carry out the design of system architecture, software architecture,interface, development and operating environment and system modules at last. The systemis divided into the Student Online Learning and Drilling Subsystem and the Directing andAdjusting Subsystem, and the two subsystems correspond to drilling tables and directingtables. It also implements online learning and drilling function of drilling tables, scenarioediting, monitoring and directing, task evaluation function of directing tables. Drillingtables and directing tables interact with each other, and fulfill simulation training activitiesof political works of police force dealing with emergencies.The emergency treatment of online learning and training system is armed by policeforce with the final actual deployment and application. Through one year trial use, wefound that the design of this system can effectively meet the political work of the armedpolice force to deal with emergencies, establish the simulation of military training armedforces regular. The design and implementation of the emergency treatment of onlinelearning and training system in this paper has higher application value which can be widelyapplied in various fields related to the construction of national defense and army building.
