In nearly ten years, with the constant improvement of the domestic andforeign industrial level, corresponding to the requirement of field device control alsounceasingly to enhance, highly intelligent control equipment constantly emerging,such as simple processing field environment of single chip microcomputer; In thefield of auto car ECU and so on, this article mainly discuss is based on theconfiguration software of computer control technology combined with the electricalcontrol technology based on PLC, from installation to test the integrated operationplatform is established.Research background of this paper originated from the intelligent materialinstallation system based on PLC, through the PLC of the sensor signal processing,the corresponding indicator light is triggered, guide the workers install the rightmaterial in the right place, at last, by machine vision technology to test the buttonpanel, so as to achieve100%of the key installation accuracy, avoid unnecessary loss.At present, the factory assembly line at home and abroad has a lot of PLC asthe control center, through the PLC to control the equipment feedback signal, signal,processing, at the same time use the communication function of PLC and the uppermachine to make the expansion of the PLC control function to get more, usingcomputer control technology of flexibility and the stability of PLC control tocomplete the real-time control of the plant operation platform. This control methodmakes up for the both of PLC in the control of I/O port flexibility is insufficient, canalso play the computer with the advantage of external network interconnection, transitthrough the computer, network data on the PLC control can be expressed.First of all, this article research is focused on the following three points: thedesign of the PLC control program, the sensor signal processing, controlconfiguration software at3o ’clock. In the feasibility of fully considering the cost ofthe hardware and software, system of many factors, through the upper industrialcontrol, Siemens PLC, photoelectric sensor, light sensor, light, etc to complete thesystem key intelligent installed, security and automation. In control platform front is composed of PLC I/O port, photoelectric sensors, light sensors, led light for material,status indicator is composed of one dimensional electrical control network, throughthe PLC internal procedures complete control of the related electrical equipment. Theinvolvement of the configuration software makes the system more flexible control,intermediate variable by PPI communication protocol and program, S7-200PLCreal-time access panel installation location parameters, buttons, can provideinstallation services for numerous model panel.The whole control system design can be divided into hardware design andsoftware module design, module hardware module design mainly includes theequipment installation design, circuit wiring diagram design, software designincluding the design of PC control program and the design of PLC control program.As the core of the whole system, PLC control program design process mainly includes:the analysis of control tasks, determining the user I/O devices, distributed I/O pointsand design I/O wiring diagram, software design, the scene debugging, compiletechnical text, etc. PC control program mainly by the communication and controlprocedures, through the communication with a database, access panel information intime, through the PLC control program to complete the install the materialinformation to decorate.After months of research and development and construction, this system hasbeen completed, through in-situ test, meet the requirement of the manufacturer of thefunction, realized the intelligence and automation. Compared with the traditionalfactory assembly process, this design makes the whole production process moreefficient, more safety and reliable. And as detailed in this article the system designconcept, equipment control method also can be used in a wider range of fields, exertits greater efficiency.
