The Research And Implementation Of Evaluation System Of The Doctoral Dissertation With Considering Security

The information management system of the anonymous evaluation of PhD thesis is an important component of the informational construction of educational administration (simplified as evaluation of doctoral thesis system). In recent years, as the expanding of universities and the increasing of the number of graduate students, the workload of the submitting of papers is increasingly heavy. This situation brings more functionality and security requirements for the submitting system of doctoral thesis. Thus, development of a safe and reliable evaluation system of the doctoral dissertation has become a major approach to improve the level of information system management in universities.This paper studies on the doctoral dissertation evaluation system facing the information security, analyzes the security problems based on the environment of doctoral dissertation evaluation system, and proposes effective solutions about the security problems, designs and develops safety and reliable doctoral dissertation evaluation system. The concepts of research are as follow:(1) Through the safety risk analysis of information system, discusses the source of safety threats. Studies how to solve the general safety problems effectively from different angles and levels. Puts forward a set of specific and general overall safety structure design document.(2) Based on current technology and method, combined the relevant rules and actual management requests of doctoral dissertation’s anonymous approval in Beijing Jiaotong University, this paper proposes overall system structure of doctoral dissertation evaluation system, designs carefully about the seven subsystem of training links, qualification examination, pre-defense and so on, as well as the database structure of the system.(3) Uses the Django structure, which is based on Python open source, and MySQL database, achieves the key processes of system, including the specific achievements of system mode, view and template.(4) According with the characteristics and actual safety requirements of doctoral dissertation evaluation system, this thesis proposes a set of safety scheme that is fit for this system, gives specific realization methods from platform security, network security, application security and safety management.This paper finally completes the written of doctoral dissertation evaluation system in Beijing Jiaotong University, realizes the basic functions of the system, meets the safety requirements,and meets the design requirements.
