Research And Implement Of Workflow And Permission Management Joint Control In PDM

With the rapid development of industrialization and the improvement of openness, manufacturing companies are facing enormous pressure on a range of issues such as market competition, rapid expansion of electronic data, difficulties in information exchange, product processes difficult to control. More and more enterprises have come to realize that the use of computer-aided technology and information management technology is a necessary method of survival and development to reform and innovation for enterprise.Product data management can organize product design, improve the product structure, change and track the process of product design data, query archived data and related information efficiently, coordinate and control the process of the whole product lifecycle. By means of computer technology as the foundation to provide optimal management in combining the information management technology and enterprise management. PDM system can realize the process of product lifecycle management, enable enterprises increase productivity and market competitiveness rapidly, ensure product quality in the design and optimization at the same time shorten the development cycle and reduce production costs. This article comprehensive analyzes function module, framework structure and technical implementation details of PDM system.Workflow systems and permission management are the key technology of PDM system to implement business process management and control, ensure the security of the system. Workflow provides the product of process control and acquisition of products data for PDM system, permission management provides the security access control policy, therefore, workflow and permission management joint control is an important part for implementing the PDM. In this paper, it builds workflow engine of PDM system based on WfMC model, elaborate the cooperative work mode in detail, operating mechanism and authenticateing exception method. Define the constraint set, instance algorithm, state transition algorithm, scheduling control and find the key activities in the running of workflow engine. Design the control model of permission management based RBAC96 model of PDM system, construct the access control model by the features of handling flexibility, easy to maintaince, safe and reliable that in the angles of role classification, classification authority, dynamic session access control, static access control, role assignment, role hierarchy, distribution of competences. Make this model has better adaptability and scalability in application and integration of PDM system.This article control the session-based dynamic permissions of access control model and workflow system in joint, elaborate the workflow models and permissions management model for hybrid control method in detail. Use the driving conditions of workflow engine as the instance of permission management. Enhance the process of flow tasks stability and security with combined the advantages and characteristics of two control methods. In this paper, it conducted in depth research on workflow and permission management in PDM system, it has done lots of meaningful work to develop this TSA-cPDM of the project. The product has been applied in the enterprise.
