Research On Library Management And Service Mode Of Private Colleges In Hainan

The center as the literature information center of university culture, University Library, service for teaching and scientific research work at the same time take inheriting the achievements of human culture, inspire people mind, cultivate high-quality talents in the new period and other functions.In recent years, with the rapid development of private universities, private university library also ushered in the valuable opportunities for development all walks of life. Moreover, they ask these firms to manage service innovation. Private colleges and universities in Hainan have seized this opportunity to get great development, as well as the libraries. However, private universities in Hainan are not built for a long time, which have a certain gap compared with public universities.In this passage, Humanism theory, Total quality control are used to analysis the problems and causes in libraries. I research the present situation of the management on Sanya college Library by collecting, arranging and analyzing data. On this basis, I discuss the way to construct new management mode of private colleges in Hainan province. Firstly, I take a brief introduction of the concept of private colleges and management service mode, as well as human theory, total quality management theory and5C theory. The related researches at home and abroad are also considered. Then, I introduce the reality of private colleges’management service in Hainan. And, I analysis the problems and reasons of library management mode in Sanya College library. On this basis, I conceive the mode of service of Hainan private university library management, including the general ideas and principles to construct private college library management service mode, making good use of the concrete theory mentioned in the above to have a better imagine of this aspect and try my best to provide a new mode. At the same time, I give my suggestions on the construction of new management mode in this college:establishing the concept of human management and the total quality control, paying more attention to the librarian, enhancing the quality of service, Establishing the people-oriented service mode and so on. At the end of this paper, I give five suggestions on the management mode of Hainan private colleges:carrying out the concept of total quality management, creating star service, exploring regional co-construction and sharing, adapting to the network environment actively etc. I want to use this way to provide reference for the development of private libraries in Hainan, which can help them to improve information security service, higher quality and higher levels.
