Design And Implementation Of UIC Gateway Inauguration And Process Data Marshalling

ABSTRACT:Train communication network (TCN) as the key knowledge of morden train was applied more ande more widely worldwide.Domestic high-speed bullet train mainly adopted the TCN network architecture,TCN gateway as the key network equipment could’t achieve the interoperability of vehicles from the view of application.The UIC gateway based on UIC556protocol supplied TCN gateway applicaton layer function,which can meet the interconnection of different type of bullet train. The UIC train communication technology was still in its infancy nowadays.Researching and developing the UIC product with independent intellecture property rights to improve the core competitiveness of tain communication net technology in China was of great significance.Based on the research of IEC61375-1protocol and UIC556standard,this thesis proposed the design of UIC gateway software structure and analyzed the function of the UIC inauguration and process data marshalling in details;The function of UIC inauguration and process data marshalling was accomplished on the gateway hardware experiment platform and Tornado development environment.This thesis analyzed and designed the UIC inauguration based on the research of TCN inauguration and opereration inauguration.The design of UIC inauguration was consist of two parts which were the main funtion module and data structure.The function module was designed as five child parts:the determination of leading vehicle,the assignment of the UIC address,the determination of node reference direction,the integration of nodes ande the determination of NADI status.The analysis and design of data structure included UIC inauguration frame and NADI database.The inauguration involved many operations about process data. This thesis putter forward the design scheme of process data marshalling base on the research of process data marshalling which conducted after the UIC inauguration.The scheme contained4parts:PDM host module、the application layer process variable interface module、the link layer interface module and the disposition database module.This thesis designed the data structure of link layer and application layer and proposed the implemation of each module.In the laboratory environment, constructing the train communication network experiment platform to achieve inauguration test in the circumstances of2gataway node、3gateway node and4gateway node and the communication test of WTB process data and MVB process data. The result met the standard requirements.
