Research On The Spread Of Network Public Opinion Based On System Dynamics

With the rapid development of Internet technology, network life has become an important part of people’s Daily life, Internet has become a very important channel for people to get information, more and more people express their views, opinions and emotions through the network platform, network has become an important medium for the spread of public opinion. Network public opinion is the real reflection of social conditions to a certain extent as an extension of the social public opinion in Internet space. Now government and other relevant administrative departments pay more attention to the management of the network public opinion. Get rid of the bound of the space and regional, the network public opinion get faster, more wide ranged and more difficult to control, all of these increased difficulty for government departments to guide network public opinion.Therefore, to guide the network public opinion correctly and to make it develop to the right way, we need to grasp the key factors that influence the spread of network public opinion and explore their relationships. Network public opinion transmission system is a complex nonlinear dynamic system, pure mathematics model have certain difficulty to solve such problems. But the system dynamics is suitable for such problems. In this paper, we establish the network public opinion transmission system model using the basic principle of system dynamics, analyze the factors which influence the spread of network public opinion and explore their impact on the spread of the Internet public opinion.By establishing the causality graph and the flow chart of the system, we simulate and analyze the results based on the real data. The results show that attribute of the event, Internet behavior, the media behavior, government behavior has effect the heat of the network public opinion. We also provide the relevant advice on the basis of experimental results to give some help for the government to make decisions.
