| The Internet’s popularity makes that everyone have the right to speak, people spread information actively instead of passive to receive information. As the times requires, the network public opinion appears. Through the Internet users’ comment, heated discuss, reprint, Some social events which are related with people or associated with the people’s immediate interests, makes the network public opinion at last. The network public opinion events made a very bad social influence such as “My father is Li Gang”, “Hangzhou 70 yards”. However, at present the study on the network public opinion’s dissemination process is more qualitative research. They put forward some counter measures to solve the qualitative problems related to public opinion mainly by analysis of the network public opinion’ s characteristics, dissemination way and the formation mechanism.This paper adopted the method of system dynamics. It saw the network public opinion dissemination process as a complete system, and then make the quantitative research aimed at the network public opinion. In this paper, the whole system is divided into four subsystems according to the network public opinion’s different effective subjects,including event subsystem, the media subsystem, the netizen subsystem, the government subsystem. Then the subsystems’ causal loop diagram and the system flow chart were established by using system dynamics theory.Based on this, the built model was simulated by using the system dynamics software. And then according to the running result, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.This paper adopts system dynamics to carry on quantitative research on the network public opinion firstly. At the same time, it uses data processing methods such as questionnaire method, expert scoring method to decide the data’s weight and the values of the constant variables which are in the model. Quantitative studies made the network public opinion’s control and guidance more targeted. |
