Research On The TV Special Party Project Managemaent

With the rapid development of network and digitaltechnology, pressure that traditional media are facing is increasing, as a member of the traditional media, the trend of TV programs homogenization and intense competition is rising. In the face of internal and external, holding media activities with different themes and forms is becoming the breakout weapon of more and more TV media to win the attention, reputation and build the core competitiveness. But a lot of the television media activities are still held with the traditional management system and method, because of the lack of scientific planning, implementation process control is weak, finally spent so much time and lots of human resources but couldn’t receive the expected results even lose everything. Therefore, how to make the most use of project management theory and technology to improve the utilization efficiency of the media project resources and management level is very necessary.Basing on the "issued celebration of 2014 top 100 enterprises in Guangxi" project as an example, this paper make use of project integration management, communication management, quality management and other theories and methods to study the media project, pointed out the problems and shortcomings of the project management, such as the responsibilities of project manager is unclear, lack of the project planning and team communication, poor quality management and so on, analyse the causes and proposed the corresponding improved measures and countermeasures.
