Radio Link Suryeillance Technology Researches Of The Mobile Telecommunication System TD-SCDMA

TD-SCDMA is the 3rd generation international mobile telecommunication standards put forward by China. We have finished a series of international standardization work, such as standards expert group evaluation, IUT authorization and issuance, amalgamation with 3GPP and new technical character import since it was referred to ITU in 1998. Sequentially TD-SCDMA standards is the first wireless telecommunication standards which is put forward by China, and is abroad accepted and recognized by other countries, and is mainly held knowledge right by our country. It is important milestone in out telecommunication history.This paper researches deeply the 3rd generation mobile telecommunication system, TD-SCDMA, Radio Link Surveillance technology application. The paper puts forward a new TD-SCDMA system Radio Link Surveillance arithmetic which via deeply researches RAN system and RRM and Radio Link Surveillance arithmetic. It analyses the defect of the mobile telecommunication system in being and provides a scheme used in Radio Link Surveillance of TD-SCDMA system. It provides particular arithmetic depict and arithmetic procedure and arithmetic threshold parameter simulator. Finally, It provides the effect of the arithmetic in using the TD-SCDMA mobile telecommunication system.The research production in this paper has successfully applied to development and implement of TD-SCDMA system equipment in DATANG Mobile Co.
