| As the development of real estate industry, it has played an important role for developing national economy. Real estate industry has faced new challe nge for the developm ent of information automation technology. There is a ke y problem that how to realize the perfect combination between the scientific, standard ized management of housing infor mation and high-tech for the further development of the real estate industry. So by using com puter technology, it is necessary to design a realization of Web application information system that abandoning the traditional manual mode of recording, and the system can improve the work efficiency of the individual or the house agency institutions.This dissertation mainly discusses the d esignation of “House Renting and Se lling Information System”, with introducing the system developing procedure and system function. This dissertation analyzed the principle of Housing Online Trading Platform based on Web services, implemented a Housing Online T rading Platform and a unified release of housing and property management information system. The system uses software project theory as the theoretic basis of system developing, the relation database as the background, and the professional programming language as the developing method.In this paper, a comprehensive of the process of the entire s ystem and key technologies was introduced.This System was programm ed with C# and SQL Server2005. “House Renting and Selling Infor mation System” was program med by setting up background database, completed step by step. |
