Traditional manufacturing requires information technology innovation to keep pace with the information era. Functioning as an important branch of the tradit ional manufacturing, construction machinery industry faces the unprecedented opportunities and challenges during the industrial reforming and manufacturing informationization. Decrease in the manpower cost, increase in research and development(R&D) efficiency, and customer service optimization plays essential roles to an enterprise success. However the methods of developing and releasing the documents provided with construction machinery products cannot meet the preceding requirements. Consequently, the fo llowing issues occur:High cost and low efficiency during document development.Poor user experience and high maintenance cost after document release.To solve the preceding issues, this thesis uses the self-developed software to provide a development and release method in three-dimension documents based on the Pro/E three-dimension design software, this method aim to. Enrich the materials of releasing document. Increase the development efficiency and decrease the releasing cost. Improve the user experience and customer service quality.This thesis has the following features:The general design goal and functions are built on the research result and current situation after analyzing the methods of drawing figures in available release materials at home and aboard. The platform and tool are developed based on the system functions. This thesis describes the explode views and three-dimension comment function that are needed to developed using the Pro/E. This thesis also describes the MFC dialog, dynamic link library and Pro/Toolkit that are associated with the platform. In addition, the applied language used for website is introduced in this thesis.For the topic related to the technical illustration, the algorithm and programs are developed to extract the feature model tree, adjustment component position in explode views, automatically add comments. This thesis researches how to simplify the process and programs of the complex three-dimension models.Based on the man-machine interaction principles, the system uses the simplified and easy- used menu and interface. This thesis verifies that the hardware and software configuration conditions, registration, debugging, and test cases meet the design requirement.The study of this thesis can provide greatly facilitate for product design and releasing material production staff, significantly increase the development efficiency, reducing the difficult of changing it, while improving user satisfaction with the product.
